Functional principle

The function principle of ultrasonic vibrator  is adding an ultrasonic energy transform device on the 

screen surface of 3-D vibro separator and filter. This device can make the screen surface superpose 

ultrahigh frequency vibrational energy, so that it can keep clear of the mesh and achieve the ideal 

screen situation. Ultrasonic vibrator  is usually used in screening superfine powder which the ordinary 

vibrating screen can not solved.

Daily maintenance

1. Before running

   (1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage

   (2) each group clamps is locking.

2.Running

   (1)notice any abnormal noises

   (2)electric current is stable

   (3)whether the vibration is abnormal.

3. After running

   (1)after used clean up the vibration every time

   (2)to inspect regularly the coarse mesh , fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage

   (3)whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.

   (4)need to add the site to be the lubricating oil
