working principle	When the hollow axes with screw flight rotate along the jacketed trough, the bulk material feed into the trough and screw flight was hold back by the frication resistance acted on the wall of trough during running, the screw flight push the material and make the material do axial movement, simultaneity the material contact with the hollow shaft and jacketed trough full with cooling water and do heat transfer process. The cooled material can be discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of trough or transport out at the end of trough.
Advantages	1.Without cleaning device at outlet, low noise, flexible arrangement on position of inlet and outlet
	2.Adopt once-forming spiral double pitch paddles, which will never block the material
	3.Good sealing quality and rigidity. The outer casing is made of seamless steel pipes, and the end caps are connected with flanges.
	4.Adopt universal ball joint, which facilitates installation, adjustment and steering.
	5. Vessel is made of high quality seamless pipes which are connected by flange, therefore its overall rigidity is good and bearing capacity is large
	6.Two designs: all-closed design and open-type design
Application	The concrete screw feeder is widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain and other industries, for horizontal or inclined conveyor dust, granular materials and small block, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, food, etc. The material temperature is less than 200 °C. It is not suitable for conveying perishable, viscous, easy caking materials
