Working principle

Belt conveyors works under the effect of friction force. The motor drives the driving roller of the belt 

conveyor, then roller will drive the belt moving accordingly, the materials are conveyed from the 

original place to the place where they are needed.

Application   

The belt conveyor is widely used in such industries as of metallurgy, mining, coal, harbor, power 

station, building materials, chemical engineering, light industry, petroleum, grains, heating, etc.

Notice

It can be operated in the circumstance temperature ranging from -20 centigrade to +40 centigrade.

The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 50 degree.

The line support can adopt alumina or steel structure.

The line can realise straight convey, turning, upslope or downslope convey as well as continuous 

convey, interval convey, convey at adjustable speeds by the support of control system.
